With 19 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Will has worked in roles ranging from labourer and plumber to site foreman and project manager. He has delivered diverse projects, including high-end homes, multi-residential apartments, heritage restorations, and large-scale infrastructure upgrades. Outside work, Will enjoys spending time with his young family and cheering for the Broncos.

Mat brings 25 years of experience from Tier 1 construction companies including Mirvac and Thiess. He has held roles as a carpenter, project manager, and design manager, delivering projects across sectors like high-end residential, industrial, commercial, and defence.

With an impressive 40 years in construction, John has served as a Building Certifier, Building Expert, and National Quality and Defects Manager for Hutchinson Builders. He is dedicated to ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Steve has 25 years of construction experience, specialising in roles like carpenter, plasterer and site manager. He has managed projects in retail, multi-residential apartments, education, and healthcare, with a focus on excellence in delivery.
