Denmark Lane is a South East Queensland based construction company that prides itself on quality work and strong relationships. With decades of industry experience, we deliver tailored building solutions across residential, commercial, health, education, and mixed-use projects. Our skilled team supports clients at every stage, from site selection and budgeting to design, approvals, construction, and beyond.

We specialise in designing, managing, and constructing new builds and commercial refurbishments. Our projects range in value between $500K and $20M and beyond across various sectors, managing all aspects of our clients' needs.

The team

  • Founder & Director

    With 19 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Will has worked in roles ranging from labourer and plumber to site foreman and project manager. He has delivered diverse projects, including high-end homes, multi-residential apartments, heritage restorations, and large-scale infrastructure upgrades. Outside work, Will enjoys spending time with his young family and cheering for the Broncos.

  • Design & Projects Manager

    Mat brings 25 years of experience from Tier 1 construction companies including Mirvac and Thiess. He has held roles as a carpenter, project manager, and design manager, delivering projects across sectors like high-end residential, industrial, commercial, and defence.

  • Quality & Defects Manager

    With an impressive 40 years in construction, John has served as a Building Certifier, Building Expert, and National Quality and Defects Manager for Hutchinson Builders. He is dedicated to ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality.

  • Site Manager

    Steve has 25 years of construction experience, specialising in roles like carpenter, plasterer and site manager. He has managed projects in retail, multi-residential apartments, education, and healthcare, with a focus on excellence in delivery.

  • Senior Contract Administrator

    With 20 years in the construction industry, Grant has experience across roles like project engineer and contracts manager. He has delivered multi-residential, mixed-use, and government projects and is a proud supporter of the Brisbane Lions.

  • Health, Safety & Environment Manager

    Sean has 15 years of industry experience, focusing on health, safety, and environmental management. He has worked across diverse sectors, including oil and gas, construction, and defence, ensuring workplace safety and compliance at every level.

Our name was born from our multi-generational family farm in Queensland’s Southern Downs. Denmark Lane was a humble dairy and beef farm and underpins our core beliefs of sustainability • integrity • solution-orientated • family values.
